Reservation
becomes valid only if you received a written confirmation by mail,
e-mail or sms message sent by Chris-tal Hotel. For convenience,
if you give your visa credit card detail to a Chris-tal reservation
Operator, you allow us to take a deposit on your bank account
in case of cancellation. The received confirmation guaranty your
stay, if you have no written confirmation, you have no reservation,
Chris-tal hotel is engage to provide you a room for the night
reserved.
In
case of cancellation:
- Stay from 1 to 7 nights, one night of booked reservation will
be charge for cancellation.
- Stay over 7 nights, two night of booked reservation will be
charge for cancellation.
- 15 euro if cancellation declared before the 30 days period previous
your arrival.
In
case of modification:
- Chris-tal Hotel could take half part of the deposit or stay
could be plan to another period but still in the same season
In
case of curtail stay :
- 50% room rate / curtail night.
